About

Built on a gap nobody was measuring.

AI adoption has outpaced the tools organizations have to understand their people. HumanArc exists to close that gap.

The origin

The question that started HumanArc wasn't about AI. It was about judgment — specifically, why some people exercise it well under pressure and others don't, and whether that could be measured before it mattered.

When AI entered the workplace at scale, that question became urgent. Organizations were making significant bets on AI-enabled transformation without any reliable way to understand which of their people were ready to work alongside it — and which weren't.

Existing HR platforms could tell you what someone had done. They couldn't tell you what someone could do when the context changed. HumanArc was built to answer that second question.

What we've built

A measurement system, not a training platform.

HumanArc is a psychometrically grounded instrument that measures the human capabilities AI cannot replace — and connects individual development directly to organizational strategy. It doesn't tell people what to learn. It tells organizations what they actually have.

01

Map

Organizational baseline. Where the workforce stands relative to the AI transformation underway.

02

Calibrate

Individual measurement. Capability and conversion assessed across the population.

03

Evolve

Individual transition plans grounded in measurement, not assumption.

04

Grow

Structural read-out. Capability mapped to org chart. Strategy informed by evidence.

How we work

Measurement before prescription

We don't tell organizations what to do until we know what they have. The instrument comes before the roadmap.

Honest about limits

The instrument is grounded in an argument-based validity framework. We are transparent about what is settled and what is still being validated.

Developmental, not evaluative

Outputs are advisory roadmaps, not selection or promotion gates. That is a deliberate choice with legal and ethical reasoning behind it.

Built with partners

The commercial model is designed to be delivered through consulting and HR transformation partners — not around them.

The team

The people behind the instrument.

If this sounds like the dimension your platform is missing, we'd like to talk.
